How Far Can Self-Service Go?

RBR’s Self-Service Banking Europe 2018 conference took place earlier this month and SLDNXT’s president, Jean-Pierre Lacroix, was honored to be a guest speaker. The conference brings together hundreds of people from the world of finance, including banks, hardware vendors, software suppliers and other key industry stakeholders.

Jean-Pierre’s presentation “How Far Can Self-Service Go?” looked at the role of AI and machine learning in the banking industry. His talk also explored four strategies that banks can leverage to ensure their branch networks remain relevant.
